A MAC meeting will be held from 8:30am-4:00pm on Sunday, March 9 at the Varis Lecture Hall at Tufts University Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine in Grafton.
The topic of this meeting will be "The Petfinder.com Whole Cat Workshop- The Solution to Cat Overpopulation." The meeting will feature speakers:
- Gary Patronek (ARL Boston)
- Leslie Harris (Dakin Pioneer Valley Humane Society and New England Federation of Humane Societies)
- Mike Keiley (MSPCA, Methuen)
- Sarah Green (Petfinder)
The meeting will also feature presentations on:
- The current state of the cat and what programs can make the greatest impact
- The dynamics of TNR
- Open adoptions
- Running a feral cat spay/neuter clinic
- Barn cat adoptions
- Running a foster care program
- Graphic design and marketing for non-profits
- Taming the paperwork for non-profit organizations
Meeting Registration:
